Thomas G. Damratoski, CPA
Damratoski & Company was founded by Thomas G. Damratoski in 1991 as an outgrowth of a CPA firm he and a former partner organized in 1974. Prior to this, Mr. Damratoski began his career in 1969 with Touche Ross (then a "Big Eight" international accounting firm), and was awarded the Elijah Watts Sells Certificate upon successful completion of the CPA exam in 1972. Tom has been the cornerstone of the Firm’s past success and he continues to provide the Firm with a vital source of expert knowledge and consultation.

Daniel C. Mehlhorn, CPA (E-mail)
Daniel C. Mehlhorn is a 1985 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Dan has more than 20 years experience of practice in public accounting which has provided him with diverse experiences in providing accounting, auditing, tax compliance, planning and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses. His background includes work with various industries including construction, real estate development, leasing, manufacturing, and health care. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Carol L. Miller, CPA (E-mail)
Carol L. Miller began her career in public accounting in 1989 by joining the firm of Ryan, Damratoski & Company. Carol graduated Magna Cum Laude from Robert Morris College in December 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Her career has been focused on providing accounting and tax services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals. Carol has gained experience in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, professional services, and health care. She maintains memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts.
